Remedial massage is commonly used to treat non-specific injuries, to provide relief to such as muscle tightness or soreness, to such complaints as muscle tightness or soreness, whereas Myotherapy identifies the underlying cause of the injury to aid in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.

At Muscle Medicine all of our therapists are trained and mentored to treat in a myofascia style. Meaning, if you book a Remedial or Myotherapy treatment your therapist is trained to identify and treat the underlying cause of musculoskeletal injuries.  If you book a Deep Tissue Massage, you will be treated by a Remedial Massage Therapist for your presentation.  They will also look and feel to see if there is anything that requires further investigation.

Which basically means - you are in the best possible hands.

Our Remedial Massage Therapists have years of experience as well as qualifications in multiple techniques to be able to provide a myofascia style treatment.  Our Clinical Director has mentored each of them to ensure their skills & knowledge are at the highest level.
